Kinnan wins USA Today's Best Coach In Florida Vote; Regional round voting begins at Noon Wednesday

Link to USA Today totals.  Coach Kinnan tallied 41% of all votes cast, with a vote total of 28,490. Lakeland's Bill Castle came in second with 30% of the vote. The next round of voting begins at Noon on October 9th with the regional winner going on to the final national competition. Link to vote for Coach Kinnan in the regional vote.

The state round began Sept. 30 and ended Oct. 8. The 51 winners – each state plus Washington, D.C. - advance to a regional round, where they are divided among eight regions of six or seven coaches apiece. The regional round begins at noon (ET) Oct. 9 and ends at noon (ET) Oct. 18.
